WELCOME TO TRINITY EPISCOPAL CHURCH OF PLATTSBURGH

Prepare, Learn, Serve

Trinity Episcopal Church is a weIcoming community sharing God's love with all. It is our belief that God's active presence can be felt through faith in Him. We are dedicated to the service of God and all his people, and our goal is to inspire you through the sanctity of our dwelling and our services. We invite you to become a part of our growing congregation.

Since 1822, twenty-five priests have served Trinity (until 2017). Located in the back of the church, the photos of the priests have been placed along the balcony wall for viewing.

Thank you for visiting our website. You can find services, musical offerings, Trinity's newsletter, and more, if you follow us on Facebook (just click the little f in the tool bar above). Your comments and suggestions are appreciated. You may use the contact form at the bottom of this page to email us. A Solemn Prayer Service for Those Seeking Solace and Peace

For many of us, making it through December is a daily struggle of personal grief. We remember those people who are lost to us; we walk in frustration at the realization of what we thought we would have overcome by now, or feel exhausted by challenging circumstances.

All are welcome to join us in prayer at Trinity Episcopal Church Plattsburgh for “A Solemn Prayer Service for Those Seeking Solace and Peace” at 7 P.M. on three Wednesday Evenings in Advent, November 30, December 7 and December 14. Come to one or come to all. Trinity Church is located at 18 Trinity Place, Plattsburgh.

Winter Health Guidelines Will Replace Covid Guidelines

As a church community, we can do our part to care for each other throughout the winter months by making a few healthy choices when we are in the Trinity building:

-Masks are strongly encouraged when you are moving around the building, especially when in close contact celebrating the Eucharist. Please remember to take your wafer back to your pew.

-Hand sanitizer is available in the pew racks for your use during services

-Because we are an old building with inadequate air circulation, during the colder months, there will be at least one open window and a few fans running to keep air moving, so please dress accordingly. (The heat will be on.)

-Physical Distancing is also encouraged when you are seated in pews.

Thank you for taking these measures to heart so we can all worship and socialize together safely this winter.
